VCB (Subcutaneous Certrolizumab -VS- Placebo)

• Failure on at least one DMARD
• Can't have been on at least more than 2 anti-TNF's
• Have to have a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis for at least 3 months

Restart (IV Remicade with escalating dose)

• Must currently be on Enbrel OR Humira for at least 3 months
• Must be on Methotrexate for at least 3 months

Cinema (IV Ocrelizumab -VS- Placebo)

• Must have rheumatoid arthritis for at least 6 months
• Must currently be on Enbrel OR Humira for at least 12 weeks but no more than 36 weeks
• Must be on Methotrexate for at least 12 weeks
